Travis Saurer, 21x, and crew hit the road this week.
A third place finish in the B Mod at I94 Speedway in Fergus Falls Friday night (6-11-10) followed by a 14th place finish in the A Mod and a rain out in the B Mod on Saturday in Alexandria (6-12-10) was capped off by a 3rd place B mod showing and a 4th place A Mod showing at Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon, MN on Sunday 6-13-10 for Travis Saurer, 21x.
This week, Travis and crew hit the road and will to travel to Ogilvie, MN on Tuesday for the opener of the Race Minnesota Modified Series followed by a Wednesday night showing at North Central Speedway in Brainerd, MN on June 16th.
Friday night, 21x brings it home for the fans in Fergus Falls at I94 Speedway in Fergus Falls.

Excitement for Travis Saurer and the 21x crew at I-94 Speedway Opener!
Last night's midwest modified feature race at I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls saw Travis Saurer charge from the back of the pack to second place with about 5 laps to race. A car fire caused the red flag which brought the racers to a stop. During the red flag 21x was clipped in the right front tire by the number 60 car causing a busted tie rod. the red flag lasted just long enough for the 21x pit crew to get the tie rod repaired and get Travis back out onto the track. With about five laps to go Travis Saurer charged ahead again from all the way at the back of the pack and with five laps remaining finished third. Overall Travis and the 21x Crew put on an awesome display of speed, skill and teamwork, it was also damn entertaining! Check out the video!

6-26-10 Travis Saurer scored a clean sweep and his 200th feature win in Fergus Falls on Friday 6-25-10. Thursday night in Ada, Travis Saurer scored a first place victory in the 21x B Mod and moved up from 16th to 4th in the A Mod. On Wednesday in Fargo, ND, Travis Saurer got 4th place in the B Mod and 13th in the A Mod. Wednesday night in Fargo was also Tony Stewart Night.

In the B Mod feature Travis Saurer finished in second place after starting 4th. In the A Mods Travis Saurer and the 21x crew saw a 24th place start turn into a 16th place finish. Next race I94 Speedway, Fergus Falls. on 5-28-10.

5-23-10 Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon..Finished 7th place in the Midwest Mod (B Mod) feature, and took 3rd place in the Wissota Modified (A Mod) feature. See you in Fargo for the RRVS opener if the weather turns out okay for racing.
5-22-10 Alexandria Viking Speedway tonight...Finished first place in the B Mod feature :) Started 19th in the A Mod feature and moved ahead to finish 13th (just like last week!). On to BRRP tomorrow.
5-21-10 Rough night in Fergus Falls. Busted a ball joint during the heat and finished second. Then received a black flag and came out of the race in the feature. Not sure about the call, but as always, will remain "on a mission"!
5-16-10 Raced Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon. Clean Sweep in the B Mod, in the feature, started 7th and finished 1st place. In the A Mod feature, started 4th and finished 5th.

5-8-10 Races in Alexandria cancelled due to the recent rains and the cold weather . Ventured over to North Central Speedway in Brainerd. Won my Heat in the Bmod and 2nd in the Amod Heat. Lead 17 laps in the feature in my Bmod and then ran into carburator trouble and ended up 4th . Was running 4th in the Amod feature and got crashed out by the 9e..
5-7-10 Happy Friday everyone! I just found out that tonights race at I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls is cancelled due to the cold wet weather. The new scheduled date for the Fergus opener is May 14th. Let's hope for some good weather so we can all watch the dirt fly! please check my schedule page to see the other days and times that I'll be racing around the area.
